Pastor Phifer joined the ministry at Zion as the Senior Pastor in February of 2009. He has served parishes in Texas and Indiana over the past 12 years in the ministry. Pastor Phifer is currently working on his Doctor of Ministry Degree from Concordia Seminary in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He is married to Jennifer Phifer and they have three children Rebekah, Mary, and Austin.
